Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 4 cups thinly sliced pared potatoes
  • 3 tbl flour
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 cup hot Swiss Valley Farms milk


Directions
Heat oven 350° F. Arrange potatoes in layers in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the first three layers with half of the onion, flour, salt and dash of pepper. Sprinkle last layer with the other half of onion and salt and pepper, dot with butter. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake uncovered about one hour.
