Drain pineapple reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 1/3 cups. In a large bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add pineapple liquid. Chill until partially set. Fold in sour cream, cottage cheese, pineapple and cherries. Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto greens. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
Your can fill the center of the mold with greens and chicken or tuna salad.
