Potato Casserole

  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms half & half
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Leave cream cheese and butter at room temperature 3 - 4 hours. Peel potatoes and cook. Brain and beat with mixer. Beat in cream cheese and butter and about half of the cream. Add seasonings and beat until smooth. Put in greased casserole and brush with butter. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes. This can be frozen and baked later.
