Potato Soup

Ingredients
  • 6 cups water or chicken broth
  • 7 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cup cubed ham
  • 1/2 cup onion (if desired)
  • 1 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns


Directions
Mix together water, bouillon, and cream cheese. Add ham, onion, and hash browns. Cook 30-40 minutes on low stirring often.
Can add celery and shredded carrots and top with Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese, if you like .
