Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese shreds
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese shreds
  • Choice of meat topping: pepperoni or browned ground beef


Directions
Cook spaghetti; drain; cool and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix eggs, milk and 1 cup of shredded cheese (Mozzarella & Cheddar). Stir this mixture into spaghetti. Top with sauce. Top with 2 cups mixed shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Top with choice of meat topping. Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350° F. I make two pans at once and freeze one pan and bake the other.
