Mexical Skillet Supper

  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 3 tbl oil
  • 3 large or 4 medium potatoes (pre-boiled and sliced thin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of well-drained whole kernel corn
  • about half of a jar of salsa.

Brown hamburger, take out and save for later. In the same pan add oil, potatoes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Turn once when lightly browned. Cover with cheese. Add corn and the set aside hamburger. Add more cheese and salsa. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
