Egg and Cheese Bake

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dried onion or 2 tsp fresh (minced)
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter

Mix in order given, except butter. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking pan, then pour in egg/cheese mixture. Bake at 350?F for 40 minutes.
