Easy Lasagna

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms cottage cheese
Meat Mixture
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs browned hamburger
  • 1 - 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce

Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 hamburger mixture, 1/2 of shredded cheeses. Repeat layers of noodles and meat. Cover with 2 cups hot water. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes in 375° F oven. Remove from oven and top with remaining shredded cheeses and cottage cheese. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes uncovered. Cool, cut and serve.
You can make this ahead and refrigerate. Cover till ready to make. Just add the hot water before you bake it.
