Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

  • 2 large packages frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 stick Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick Swiss Valley Farms butter

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Melt a 1/2 stick butter & cheese. Add to broccoli. Place in low side casserole dish. Crumble the crackers and combine the other 1/2 stick of butter. Put on top of the broccoli mixture and bake at 325° F for a half an hour.
