Reuben Casserole

  • 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli corn beef (cut in strips)
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss Valley Farms Swiss cheese
  • 4 - 6 slices rye bread

Combine sauerkraut and dressing. Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with corn beef and cheese. Place buttered rye bread slices on top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes.
