Primo Potatoes & Ham

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs red potatoes (cut into chunks)
  • 1 16 oz Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss Valley Farms Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups cooked (diced ham)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs + parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Boil potatoes in large pot of boiling water until slightly tender; about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Mix sour cream, butter, soup, cheese, green onions, garlic, ham, salt & pepper, with potatoes. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven.
