Pretzel Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
Bottom:
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
    1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • melted
    2 tbsp. sugar
    Middle:
    • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms cream
    • whipped 1 cup sugar 8 oz. Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
    • softened
    Top:
    • 2 large pkg. (strawberry) Jell-O 2 ? cup boiling water 2 (10oz.) boxes frozen strawberries


      Directions
      Mix and press pretzel crust in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350?F. Cool.
      Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over bottom layer and chill.
      Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Let set until almost jelled, and then pour over cheese. Chill two hours.
