Bishop's Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or 28 squares of graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbl sugar
  • 7 tbl melted Swiss Valley Farms butter


Directions
Mix pudding and milk until well blended, then stir in the ice cream. Pour over graham cracker crust. Cover with whipped topping and grate chocolate bar over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Do not freeze. CRUST: Mix all together and pat into pan and chill for 10 minutes before adding ice cream mixture on top.
