Ingredients
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms whipping cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 1/2cups white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
Combine 1 cup cream, butter, sugar and syrup in a large, heavy pan. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Add the remaining cream very, very slowly. Heat to 245° F. Add vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and cool. Cut into squares. Roll or wrap in wax paper.
