Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg spice cake mix (dry)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tsp baking soda
Frosting
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
Mix together soda and water. Add to dry cake mix along with eggs and pie filling. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 350° F for 45 - 50 minutes. FROSTING: Combine ingredients and frost cake. Refrigerate.
