Triple Cheeseball

  • 3 oz. Swiss Valley Farms Cream Cheese
  • softened
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Cheddar Cheese
    1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Swiss Valley Farms Swiss Cheese
  • shredded
    1/2 cup chopped parsley

Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until fluffy. Beat in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Gradually add shredded cheeses; beat until smooth. Shape mixture into a ball. Chill 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. Remove and let stand at room temperature for about an hour. Just before serving, roll in parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
