Hot Cheese Dip

Ingredients
Prepare white sauce:
  • 2 tbsp. flour
    3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
    3 tbsp. Swiss Valley Farms butter
    Add and milt over low heat:
    2 lbs processed cheese
    1 pint Swiss Valley Farms cottage cheese
    1 medium onion
  • chopped fine
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder or jalapeno peppers in tomato sauce or jalapeno peppers chopped fine.


    Directions
    Serve in fondue pot or crock pot to keep it piping hot about every half hour, give it a stir. Besides vegetables, it goes great on chunks of bread or crackers. It is also great spread on a hot ham or beef sandwich.
