Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • drained (use Nibblets or Mexican Corn)
    2 cups cooked long-grain rice
    1/2 lb. cheese
  • cut up (can use Velveeta-like cheese)
    1 small onion
  • cut fine
    1 cup celery
  • cut fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 small pkg. slivered almonds
    3 tbsp. Swiss Valley Farms butter
    1 cup Swiss Valley Farms Half and Half


Directions
Sautee cut up celery and onion in the butter. Mix ingredients together. Bake 45 minutes in 325?F oven.
