Pretty in Pink Salad

  • 20 (oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 (oz.) pkg raspberry Jell-O
  • Small carton Swiss Valley Farms low-fat small curd cottage cheese
  • Small carton Cool Whip

Heat crushed pineapple and juice to boiling. Turn off heat and stir in 3 oz. pkg. dry raspberry Jell-O. Cool. Stir in cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Chill and serve. Recipe may be doubled.
