Clam Chowder

  • 2 pints Swiss Valley Farms Half ?n Half
  • 1 stick Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans New England-style clam chowder
  • 1 small can of clams (drained and rinsed under cold water)

Fry onion in butter until clear and add remaining ingredients to a crock pot. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.Variation: To make Corn Chowder, use same ingredients as above, but leave out clams and add I can of drained whole kernel corn.
