Baked Pineapple

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 sticks Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 4 slices of bread (cubed)
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple


Directions
Mix batter, sugar and eggs together. Pour over pineapple in baking dish. Add bread cubes and mix well. Pour milk on top of mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 - 10.
