Cheese Burger Chowder

  • 1 cup grated\shredded Swiss Valley Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley milk (2% or whole)
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. In heavy saucepan, heat milk and grated cheese stirring often until nearly boiling. Turn to simmer and add ground beef and remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes occasionally stirring.
