Winter Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
  • 10 slices of bacon (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 quart Swiss Valley Farms Half & Half
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups grated\shredded Swiss Valley Farms Cheddar cheese
  • pepper to taste


Directions
Saute bacon and onion. Drain grease. Meanwhile prepare rice according package instructions. Add rice and remaining ingredients to bacon and onion. Heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Serves 8.
