Blue Cheese Pecan Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch green leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch red leaf lettuce
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms Mindoro Blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 c. pecans (chopped)
  • 1/2 of small red onion (sliced)


Directions
Toss the above together in salad bowl. Make Italian Vinaigrette dressing from Hidden Valley Ranch package (using olive oil and balsamic vinegar). Tear ends of sourdough bread loaf in bite-sized pieces and pour dressing over and let soak into bread pieces. Toss marinated bread with above salad for different kind of crouton and dressing.
