  • 1 lb hamburger (browned and drained)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 6 to 8 small soft tortillas
  • Shredded cheese

Mix together hamburger, onion, refried beans and taco seasoning. Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl. In a 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 of the sour cream and soup mixture. Roll hamburger mix in tortilla shells and place in the pan. Cover with remaining soup mixture. Put shredded cheese on top, bake uncovered at 350° F for 30 minutes.
