Potato Soup

  • 6 cups water or chicken broth
  • 7 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed ham
  • 1/2 cup onion (if desired)
  • 1 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns

Mix together water, broth, and bouillon. Add cream cheese, ham, oninon, and hash browns. Mix well. Cook 30-40 minutes on low stirring often.
Can add celery and shredded carrots and top with Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese, if you like.
