Frozen Corn

  • 12 cups raw cut corn
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbls sugar
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter

Combine all ingredients and cook for 5 minutes until real hot. Cool in a flat pan or, if using a deeper pan, immerse in ice water. Put in freezer bags or containers and freeze.
