Ingredients
  • 18 cups fresh corn cut from cobs
  • 1 pound Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 pint Swiss Valley Farms Half 'n Half.


Directions
Place corn in roaster. Add butter and Half 'n Half. Bake at 325° F for 1 hour stirring frequently. Remove, cool and pack into containers. Freeze.
