Corn Casserole

  • 1 stick of Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 (8 1/2oz) pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Melt butter. Stir in with fork eggs, sour cream, cream corn, corn, and corn muffin mix. Put in 2-quart greased casserole. Bake at 275°F for one hour or until well set and starting to brown.
