1 - 8 oz carton Swiss Valley Farms small curd cottage cheese
1 - 8 oz carton Swiss Valley Farms whipping cream
In a saucepan, heat pineapple and juice. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Then fold in cottage cheese and cream, which has been whipped with 1 tbl of sugar added. Pour into a pretty serving bowl and chill until set. If you are watching your weight, you can use pineapple in its own juice (not heavy syrup), sugarless gelatin and low-fat cottage cheese.
