Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 3 lbs of chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. Real dried beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 pint Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flatten breasts with mallet. Wrap 1/2 breast around several slices of dried beef. Wrap with piece of bacon. Mix soup with sour cream. Pour over breasts in a baking pan. Bake 3 hours at 250° F, uncovered. Tip: if your bacon is quite fatty, fry before hand, just slightly, to get rid of some of the grease.
