Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

  • 6 medium potatoes (peeled & sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 tbl dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Add ham (if desired)

In a 2-quart casserole dish, melt butter and add dry ingredients. Add milk and heat up so butter is melted into milk to form a smooth mixture. Add potatoes, stir and cover. Then microwave on high for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
