Ingredients
  • 1-32-oz pkg frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 2 cups diced ham or sausage or bacon
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Directions
Put potatoes in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with your choice of meat, onion and cheeses. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
