Ingredients
  • 1 pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 stick of Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup of chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup of Swiss Valley Farms Baby Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms shredded Colby
Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Directions
Put butter on top of hash browns. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 F. Add ham, swiss cheese, and colby. MIXTURE: Mix together milk, eggs, and salt. Pour over hash browns and bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes.
