Ham Casserole

  • 4 oz egg noodles (cooked and drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • I onion (minced)
  • 2 tbl Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 3 cups (diced and cooked) ham
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbl Parmesan cheese

    Mix soup, milk, onion, mustard, sour cream, cashews, and ham well. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; put 1/2 of noodles on bottom, 1/2 ham and 1/2 of sauce. Repeat. TOPPING: Mix and put this on top of casserole then dot with 2 tbl butter. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
