Ham and Cheese Bake

  • Bread slices (crusts removed)
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • crushed corn flakes
  • Swiss Valley Farms butter.

Line bottom of cake pan with bread slices. Cover with cubed ham and Swiss cheese. Then cover with more bread slices. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread. Top with crushed corn flakes drizzled with butter. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered for 45 minutes, and uncovered for 10 minutes at 350° F.
