Ingredients
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 - 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water


Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients. Form into your favorite size meatball and place in greased casserole dish. Mix soup and water together. Cook until bubbly, then pour over meatballs. Bake all covered at 325° F for one hour. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
