Nacho Chip Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz jar chunky salsa
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbl chili powder
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms shredded Colby cheese


Directions
Brown meat and drain. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder. Layer half of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
