Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbl Swiss Valley Farms butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Wash and pat dry chicken. Cream together butter, flour, salt, garlic and cheese. With a spatula, spread mixture on the chicken (top side). Arrange chicken in single layer in a shallow 9 x 13 pan. Bake without turning at 375° F for 1 hour.
