  • 2 tbsp. Swiss Valley Farms butter
    5 cups shredded cabbage
    11/2 tsp. caraway seed
    3 cups day-old dark rye bread cubes (about 3 slices)
    1 cup (4ozs.) shredded Swiss Valley Farms Swiss cheese
    1 pkg. (2 1/2 oz.) sliced corned beef

    6 eggs
    1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
    1/3 cup bottled Thousand Island dressing

    In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in cabbage and caraway seed. Cover and cook stirring occasionally, until slightly soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add bread cubes, cheese and beef. Lightly toss together. Turn into 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Beat together eggs, milk and dressing until thoroughly blended. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in preheated 350? oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.
