Turkey Salad Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups chopped turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • Mayonnaise to moisten


Directions
Mix everything together and put in greased casserole dish. Cover top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
