Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
  • 5 raw medium sized potatoes (sliced)
  • 6 T Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss Valley 2% milk
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 T diced onion
  • cubed ham


Directions
Place potatoes and ham in greased casserole. Make sauce by combining milk, butter and cornstarch. Cook until smooth. Bake at 360 for 90 minutes.
