Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Ingredients
  • 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
  • 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
  • 2-10 1/2 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 c. cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup melted Swiss Valley butter


Directions
Combine chicken broth & vegetables in large saucepan, & bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes. Stir in chicken soup, chicken, & pepper. Spoon into 13x9x2 baking dish, & set aside. Combine flour, milk & butter. Pour over chicken mixture, and bake at 350 for 55 minutes, or until golden brown.
