Chicken Tetrazzini

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg spaghetti
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms heavy cream

Cook spaghetti, set aside. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan; blend in flour and add chicken stock, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and add cream, sherry, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Add ? sauce to spaghetti and ? sauce to chicken. Put spaghetti in buttered shallow baking dish. Then add chicken, mix, top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
