Breakfast Strata

  • 8 slices stale bread
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cooked pork sausage (drained)
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 3/4 T dry mustard
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup/ mixed with 1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. spray 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray or spread butter on pan. Mix milk, dry mustard, eggs and soup and pour over bottom layers. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake for 1? hours. Serve warm.
