Swiss Chicken Quiche

Ingredients
  • 1 - 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 T instant chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (cubed)
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 3 eggs (beaten well)
  • 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 T pimentos (chopped)


Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese, flour and bouillon together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 40 ? 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
