Salmon Loaf

  • 3 eggs (beaten well)
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)
  • 1 lb. of canned salmon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion (minced)
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, except the cheese. Put half of mixture in greased loaf pan and top with 1/2 of cheese. Make second layer the same. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
