Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream

  • 2 or 3 skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms Butter
  • 2 T Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1/2 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pitted and chopped ripe olives

Salt and pepper chicken. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add chicken and fry until brown on both sides. Pour wine over chicken, cover and cook over low heat until tender - about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove chicken and place in warm oven. Add 2 tablespoons butter and onions to skillet, saute until tender. Add sour cream and olives. Heat, but don't boil. Pour over chicken and serve.
