Ham, Potato & Cheese Casserole

  • 4 cups cooked ham (chopped)
  • 5-6 medium potatoes (peeled
  • cooked & chopped)
Cheese sauce
  • 3 TSP Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 2 cups of shredded Swiss Valley Farms cheese (any cheese will work - I use Cheddar)

Melt butter and add flour, then slowly add milk. Let it thicken up, then add cheese. Mix well together and pour over ham & potatoes. Mix the ham and potatoes together in a greased pan. Add cheese sauce and cover. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
