Banana Yogurt Pie

Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
    • 12 oz. Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
    • softened ? cup plain yogurt ? cup honey ? tsp. vanilla extract ? tsp. almond extract 1 ripe banana
    • mashed

    Put butter in microwave safe 9" pie plate; melt butter on high for about 45 seconds. Combine crumbs and sugar and stir into butter. Press mixture along sides and bottom of pie plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, rotating one quarter turn after 1 minutes. Allow to cool.
    Mix all filling ingredients together and whip until well blended and smooth. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Chill at least 3 hours.
